Welcome to Inspired Designs! We make custom handmade items to order in addition to offering other inspirational products!
Please feel free to contact us if you have any enquiries. By using our website, you agree to the terms and conditions listed below.
Our woven products are handmade in Canada. Each design will have a slight variation due to the custom handmade work and love that goes into every order. The other products are sourced from local and international suppliers with quality and value in mind.
We endeavor to post out all orders within 3 days of receiving them (unless specified in the description). If this cannot be achieved for any reason, we will contact you and advise when your order will be posted.
All orders require signature on delivery and have a tracking number. Please let us know if you do not receive your order within a reasonable time frame and we will track it for you.
At Inspired Designs, we go to great lengths to ensure our products are of the highest quality. Our products are designed to be loved so we attempt to use the highest quality threads and fabrics. Please wash items in COLD water and tumble dry on the warm setting (NOT hot) for the dryer. Using hot water or a hot dryer may crease fabric.
Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, if you are not totally satisfied with the quality of your items, please contact us within 5 days of purchase.
Inspired Designs accepts PayPal and credit card as forms of payment. Payment is due upon ordering.
Trademarks & Copyright
All logos, images, information and photographs belong to Inspired Designs and are protected by the Canadian and International copyright laws. Our product designs and concepts are copyright protected and any breaches will result in the appropriate legal action.
By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Once you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation that your order request has been received. This is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted. A contract between you and Inspired Designs for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched to you. If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by a member of the Inspired Designs team by email or by phone. Once your order has been dispatched, the completion of the contract between Inspired Designs and yourself takes place.
Shipping is offered through Canada Post Delivery and can take between 2-9 days to be received within Canada. Shipping outside of Canada may take slightly longer.
